Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Who We Are & Acceptance of Terms
The Syncors platform ("the Service") is operated by SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Syncors", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
2. Description of Service
Syncors is a white-label, multi-tenant CRM platform designed for marketing agencies. The Service provides tools for lead and pipeline management, an omnichannel inbox (including WhatsApp, email, SMS, and social messaging), social media publishing, cross-channel automation, AI-powered assistance, client workspace management, and white-label branding.
Syncors’ AI features generate text and analytics only and operate under human supervision. See our Responsible AI page for details on what the assistant does and does not do.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription, Billing & Free Trial
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. New customers may start with a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you choose to subscribe sooner. Each subscription plan includes your agency account and your first client workspace; additional workspaces are billed at the per-client rate shown on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You authorize charges to your payment method for all fees until you cancel.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
- Upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected servers;
- Resell or sublicense the Service except through the white-label rights expressly granted to you;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to violate the terms of connected platforms such as Meta.
6. Client Workspaces & Multi-Tenancy
Syncors lets you create isolated client workspaces. You are responsible for the content and data within all workspaces under your account, and for ensuring you have the right to process any personal data you enter, including compliance with applicable data-protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and features, is owned by SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription, including the right to present it under your own brand as described in your plan. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data. By using the Service you consent to those practices.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability and are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or conduct that poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Refunds
Refunds, including the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for eligible consumers, are described on our Refund Policy page.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED’s place of incorporation. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or through binding arbitration where permitted.
