Refund Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing a transaction, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, honors this statutory minimum on every eligible purchase.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Syncors platform, operated by SYNCORS NEXUS (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Syncors", "we", "us"). All payments are processed securely by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

Depending on your country of residence and applicable consumer-protection laws, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from your purchase or request a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory local law.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the agreement for any reason within 14 days of completing a transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.

Please note: where you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, or you begin using the digital service during the 14-day window, this statutory right may no longer apply to that portion of the Service. This is a standard condition for instantly-accessible digital services.

Free Trial

Syncors offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before you are charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. This trial is separate from, and in addition to, the statutory cooling-off rights described above.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly through Paddle using the links in your purchase receipt, or by visiting Paddle Buyer Support. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order or invoice reference.

You can also contact us at billing@syncors.com and we will help facilitate your request with Paddle where appropriate.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Outside the cooling-off period, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Access After a Refund

If a refund is issued, access to the applicable subscription, client workspaces, and services may be revoked. Data associated with a cancelled account is retained and then deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
